A true highlight!

While in Hawaii, I had a "chance" meeting with Michael Edward Jones, as of 2008 a 3rd year student in the University of Hawaii's glass program. You can imagine how EXCITED I was when he invited me to come watch him work!

So this episode features Michael - assisted by Hilary Heckard and Stephanie Koelkebeck - as he demonstrates the roll-up technique. It was FANTASTIC! Here's a special thanks to the University of Hawaii's Rick Mills, professor and glass program chair, for allowing Armand (my husband) and me to come watch.

And I must say, I had as much fun putting the video together as I did watching! Enjoy!
