The inspiration behind this piece is the beauty of life itself. The central figure is a “tear of joy” (sometimes referred to as an egg from which a bird is hatching) which is covered with all the colors of the rainbow. Tiny doves all oriented upwards are worked into the piece. Life should be cherished, and the world is full of hope if only one should look to see it.
