Ever put off doing something nice for yourself until the timing is better?

Create special moments by making it a daily practice - a ritual - to do something nice for yourself. No one else will do it for you.
Go for a picnic.
Or take a warm, candlelit bath.
Whatever you do, breathe in the moments and enjoy them!
Claim time for yourself each day, no matter what's happening in your life. By claiming "me-time" you will be better able to cope with stressful situations. By taking these time-out's - to indulge, meditate, exercise, or just take a nap - you come back to a situation with a fresh perspective and peace of mind.
